The European network and media NGO n-ost, supported by the JX Fund, the European fund for journalism in exile, is holding a four-day workshop on the topic of decolonisation of journalism. Media creators and journalists, who work with the topic are invited to take part in discussions, exchange rounds, as well as presentations of their projects and work. During these sessions we will tackle key issues regarding (Russian) colonial histories, as well as writing and reporting about them. At the end of the workshop participants will get a chance to receive mini grants for content production through the decolonial lens. The workshop’s working language is English and it will take place in Berlin from November 29 to December 4.
Who can apply?

Journalists who use (or aspire to use) decolonial lens and sensitivity in their work and are willing to learn from others and share their knowledge/experience on the topic.
